Yes, I filed for bankruptcy about a year ago.
I didn’t think it was that bad. All of my debts were discharged. I am now debt free.
It was a lot easier than trying to pay my bills every month.
I was giving a fresh start in life. It was a great decision.

Go to google.com and type in legalhelpers… you can find tons of information about this subject… I am getting ready to file chptr 7 next week and I am scared also… However, its a law that gives you a clean fresh start just like the first person said. Even Donald Trump filed and said it was a good business decision. You won’t be any worse off than you are now and remember its a law we have so embrace it if you need too. good luck
