Make payments?
Pete M asked:
I have a judgement against me and they are threatening to take my property that is paid for ( cars and motorcycle ) can I make payments on this debt or be a part of a debt relief group that makes the deal with the creditor. I just don’t want to sell what I have and I wish to get them off my back. Missouri resident.

Possibly, but if you let it get to the point of losing a judgement, then you might be a bit too late to start bargaining with them now.

Since they had to take you to court, they probably aren’t going to believe that you are willing to make payments. They are entitled to anything you have of value to make up for the debt.

If you are employed, look for your wages to get garnished next, if it’s allowed in your state. Usually after the creditor gets a judgment they will take any means necessary to collect.

they can threaten you all they want. The Court System is NOT responsible for collecting the debt. But if it was a Collection Agency who sued you, you can sue them back
if they have NO PROOF that you owe THEM the money
read carefully thru creditinfocenter com, if you had no
collateral and you didn’t sign a contract with the debt collector
sue them back. You not disputing you owe the debt
you are disputing that you OWE them, especially if
they purchased the debt because you didn’t tell them
to buy it and you have no signed contract with them

You need to talk quick, because they had to take you to court. If you can convince them, then good luck.
They really have no need to trust you at this point.
