I recommend selling your car. If you can recoup more than the loan amount use whatever is left over to pay your cc debt. Can you talk with your ex at all about the credit card debt? Where any purchase made where they signed for it? I would try to avoid going bankrupt but if thats what it is going to take maybe you should just face the music and learn a valuable lesson about money. Lots of rich people were bankrupt before they learnt how to take care of money</description>
