It really do not make any different who give material to building New Orlean. If God is not in the plan it will never be like it once was. Sin begot sin. Who do you think destroyed it in the first place.

I would, as long as the people of New Orleans were there too help as well! It’s there city, so their names should be first on the list to volunteer. You have a good idea! Don’t forget Donald Trump on that list!
