I filed for an extension, paid a rough estimate for both fed and state. do I use the 1040 form to file now or do I need another form. 4/15 wiped out my accounts with the estimates. Had 1099 contract labor and 1099 debt relief along w/ W-2’s. The 1099’s killed me. I need to know what forms to fill out to go ahead and get this behind me. have never done this b4
