How to collect a debt once a judgement has been placed?

I won a game of law and the 30 days have passed to me that the individual pays. My next step is to go to the service of collecting the debt Marshall, most likely through attachment of wages. My question I am, as you discover the pattern of humans? Me waiting to hear back from ordering, but may discover? Or is it my responsibility? I live in NYS. Thanks!
